Day ThirtyFive

While it's much easier to preach the idea of a better life the actual "doing" the idea of a better life is what's so difficult.  I've found those that start building on their life early on around the age of 17-23 become the most successful by the mid-life or the age of 40.  If you are someone that has practiced for years, bad habits, then you will struggle in more precise sides of life.  People that overcome or never start habits are more likely to live on the upper their of this existence.

The people that are gurus, teachers, masters, pastors, and the like have been doing it for a long time.  No one was a drug addicted-broke-divorsed man yesterday and then today a New York time bestseller author that has multiple events a year drawing thousands.  A life crafted like that takes work, focus, dedication, and drive.

The master has learned his life and mastered it.  They have spent years and even decades dedicated to specific goals or desires in life.  We all do it just in different degrees.  Some of us are really talented in such odd areas but the proof is that we are innovative when we want something.  There may be gaps here and there in the teachings of these gurus but comparably they have tapped into a higher level of consciousness than the majority of humans.  And so can anyone, think about something that you wanted really bad and you did whatever you could to get it, we expanded our thinking, we used focus and determination to get it.  Many of us get really good and stuff and habits that don't serve us, it's in these that we struggle to replace.

Drug intake today: 4g kratom, cannabis, nicotine.

Change is hard, it's not easy.  However, it is necessary.
